Founder & Lead Developer
Kassiie Victor Nwachukwu
Kassiie is a software engineer and technology leader focused on turning business ideas into secure, reliable, and thoughtfully designed digital products. He founded KIR Technology to bring design and development together in one practical, collaborative service.
With an MSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Kassiie combines strong technical foundations with a clear understanding of user needs and commercial priorities. He leads technical strategy and delivery across modern web development, custom software, application architecture, API integration, cloud and DevOps, security-minded engineering, performance optimisation, code review, and technical modernisation.
Co-Founder & Research and Quality Lead
Rose Benjamin-Nwachukwu
Rose brings rigorous scientific thinking and research discipline to KIR Technology. She helps the company define the right questions, assess information carefully, challenge assumptions, and approach complex client problems with evidence, empathy, and close attention to quality.
With BSc, MSc, and PhD qualifications in Biomedical Science, Rose contributes to research planning, evidence-led product strategy, data interpretation, quality assurance, documentation, and responsible innovation. Her perspective strengthens KIR's ability to translate complex requirements into clear, thoughtful, and well-evidenced digital services.
Project Manager & Strategy Partner
Emmanuel Udoma
Emmanuel helps turn early ideas into well-shaped projects. He brings structure to discovery, keeps delivery moving, and helps KIR stay focused on the outcome a client actually needs.
He also supports client outreach and relationship building, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps shape practical strategies when an existing website or digital product needs a stronger direction. His operations and engineering background adds a grounded, delivery-focused perspective to the team.
